Hi I’m Ruby, a 10th-grade student currently studying at Tsai Hsing High School in Taipei, Taiwan.
I’m passionate about art, design, and creative expression—and I love exploring how these skills connect with everyday life, culture, and communication.

In 9th grade, I spent ten months studying in the United States as an exchange student at Ithaca Junior/Senior High School in Michigan. This experience broadened my worldview, strengthened my English communication skills, and helped me grow into a more independent and open-minded learner.
What I Love Learning
I’m most inspired when learning across disciplines—especially where language, culture, and design intersect. I enjoy English literature, visual arts, and social studies, and I often express ideas through drawing, journaling, and digital media. I am a straight A student in the U.S. during my exchange year. I only did my first trimester of sophomore year and skipped to Junior year in order to take SAT and give it a try. I got a 1200 on it without any studying and I am hoping to retake it next time to get a better grade.
